This Law Enforcement Community Assessment survey is being conducted by the Northwest African American Alliance. Our purpose is to attempt to determine the extent of discrimination that takes place in the community.
In particular, we are concerned with individual experiences with various Law Enforcement Agencies. Please answer the following survey questions to the best of your ability. Your responses will be kept strictly confidential and no information will be released in any way to connect you to your individual response.
